Connections and Communication, Not Micromanagement
GreyDuck aims to eliminate the barriers to managing customer relationships by strictly focusing on interactions. The GreyDuck team initially used our Product Design Workshop to narrow their focus and suss out what features were required for a simplified CRM. From there, we built a wireframe prototype, completed a comprehensive visual design and implemented a fully responsive web application.
Everyone on the Same Page
Most CRMs are one-sided in that they function as a repository for the salesperson to store information. GreyDuck takes a different approach, inviting constituents into the fold so that they can see where the sales process is going. Transparency is a core design element of the application.
